We provide a free specification assistance service on all of our products and we pride ourselves on our quick response; aiming to respond to customer enquiries within one working day. Additionally, whilst we distribute our products through a carefully selected network of trusted distributors, we support all customers with, free, expert technical advice for all products in our range.

Our modern warehousing facility means that we provide a guaranteed 2-3 day delivery on most items; in reality we deliver most orders next working day. We are exclusive distributors for top quality European brands such as Athmer finger protection devices and Antipanic Panic Hardware. We also have our own range of high quality, durable window and door fittings which are largely manufactured locally in the West Midlands.

We are passionate about our products and developing and training our people to provide a high quality, reliable service. We are Associate members of the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers and several of our people are Diploma Holders.
