Our Capacity

Our latest manufacturing facility gives us 100,000 sqft of manufacturing space. To put that into context, that’s up to 700 homes per year! That’s 2 homes per day comfortably.

Our Approach

…is not always the same! Whilst we are a contractor with a factory, and we will aim to achieve a modular/volumetric approach, not everything suits this method.

Our approach could be a hybrid one using more than one method of construction or we could adopt a more traditional approach. M-AR are a solutions provider, helping you find the right build method for your projects and budget.
