Eurobrick Systems opened for business in 1990 and was the first company in the UK to offer a fully developed and integrated, insulated brick slip cladding system. The original system, which has developed into the current X-Clad product, was conceived and manufactured in the USA in the mid 1980s. Founding Directors John Mayes and Tony Hornsby were introduced to the product and recognised its potential for the UK and European markets.
Since then, Eurobrick has built a reputation as the foremost brick slip cladding specialist in the market. Our systems have evolved to provide solutions for a broad range of requirements, seeing our business grow year on year.
Following a management buyout in 2018, after the retirement of the founding Directors, Eurobrick has a team of three directors: Richard Haines, Nicola Haines and Dena Mayes. All have been with the business for many years before the buyout and will continue to forge ahead creating new opportunities to develop and grow.
Eurobrick has a long list of satisfied customers, many of whom we’ve developed strong relationships with, after working together on a many projects over the years. Our past and present customers include builders, contractors, fit-out specialists, major modular building suppliers as well as nationally and internationally renowned companies such as McDonald’s Restaurants, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Topshop/Topman, Superdry and Costa Coffee.
Eurobrick was also first to provide a brick slip system with third party certification, and has recently been renewed with BBA. Our continuous programme of development, improvement and testing has cemented our position as a market leader in this sector. As part of our commitment to quality and customer service, we are a ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified company.
Eurobrick has developed into one of the largest stockists of brick slips and associated systems in the UK. As the business has grown the company has relocated into ever larger premises. Our current premises at Newbridge Trading Estate have allowed us to provide a showroom where we can display the full range of brick and stone slips that we offer as well as a wealth of information about our systems, alongside spacious and comfortable meeting facilities. We look forward to welcoming present and future customers here to work on proposed projects.
