Eco Green Roofs (EGR) has extensive knowledge in how to utilise a new or existing roof area to create an eye-catching and sustainable space. EGR provide a complete design through to after-care solution for green envelope systems, including extensive & intensive green roofs, biosolar and solar PV panels, blue roofs and podium and amenity-space including hard and soft landscaping.

Design

An in-depth initial consultation and site survey enables us to create a bespoke design to meet the client’s requirements. This design is incorporated into a comprehensive specification that includes the collated data, drawings, and details on each individual component, including systems and products. This incorporates all environmental factors, including supplied ecological information with biodiverse solutions, whilst achieving the desired finish that ticks all the boxes.

Supply

Majority of our systems and products are supplied by UK based manufacturers and suppliers. Everything from sedum blankets, to SuDS, as part of our blue roof systems, and podium components.

Install

Our experienced nationwide installation teams are trained and experienced in installing all of EGR’s system and product offerings. Our Approved Installers are project monitored via our Management Team and evidence gained through photography and written reports. This information is sent to all stakeholders to support understanding and project updates.

Maintain

Once the roof solution has been installed in line with the specification, we provide the client with all the necessary information to maintain each component to ensure longevity. We also offer comprehensive maintenance packages that can be obtained after an installation of one of our systems, or we can offer this service on a sustainable roof solution that was not installed by us. This means you can outsource the maintenance responsibility to a leading expert, allowing for a risk-free sustainable roof partnership.
