Luminaire UK Limited - Technical (Floodlighting)

All goods supplied are subject to the company's general conditions of sale, which are available on request. Trading terms are net monthly following month of invoice. Goods will be held in abeyance on overdue accounts. Minimum order value is fifty pound excluding VAT. Carriage will be charged for any order, part order or split delivery less than six hundred pounds invoice value for locations in the UK mainland. There will be a handling charge on all items returned for credit unless agreed in writing by the company. This is subject to goods being returned in re-saleable condition. All orders with prices shown must be received in writing on the company's official order, posted or faxed. No claims for breakage damage, shortage or other discrepancy can be considered unless notified in writing within three days of receipt of goods. Damages observed on delivery via carriage or our transport should be reported to the driver immediately and confirmed to the company within forty-eight hours.

Until payment is made in full the goods remain the property of Luminaire UK limited but the risk therein and all liability to third parties in respect of these goods shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.
