Our composite systems combine an external sheet, insulation core and internal liner in a single panel. They deliver excellent thermal performance, reduce on-site labour and provide a fast, reliable way to achieve a fully insulated building envelope. Panels are manufactured in a range of thicknesses and finishes to suit different applications.

These panels are top rated for thermal and fire performance, providing a fully insulated, low-maintenance solution. With a straightforward lapping detail, they are quicker to fit than built-up systems, making them a favourite with contractors.

The trapezoidal top sheet is available in 200μ leather grain Plastisol across a wide choice of colours, with additional options including HPS200 Ultra® and Colorcoat Prisma® finishes for enhanced durability and performance.

A bright white steel liner sheet forms the underside, with an insulation core sandwiched between, available in thicknesses from 40mm to 135mm to achieve the required U-value. Panels can be manufactured in lengths up to 20.000m, with handing and cut-backs to suit project specifications.
