Galliford Try has successfully completed the £52m project, The Rise, Cardiff's tallest building, marking a significant milestone in the city's ongoing regeneration and growth.
The Rise, formerly known as Guildford Crescent, is a 30-storey build-to-rent development in Cardiff city centre, delivering 272 apartments, ground-floor retail space and a range of resident amenities.
A landscaped rooftop terrace on the 27th floor offers panoramic views across Cardiff Bay, the city and the surrounding countryside.
Privately funded by Lloyds Living, with Galliford Try Investments acting as client, the development sits alongside the new Canal Quarter regeneration scheme, helping to transform this key area of Cardiff and reconnect it with its historic waterways.
The development also received double recognition in this year's Constructing Excellence Wales Awards, earning shortlists in both the Building Project of the Year and Residential Project of the Year categories.
