Washroom Washroom’s in-house joinery team has gone from strength to strength following an increase in demand for bespoke common area and washroom designs.
Washroom is currently working with Keir at Parnell House, a mixed use building next to the Apollo Theatre in Victoria, and the project demonstrates the way the specialist joinery division complements its core washroom design offering.
Once the refurbishment programme is complete Parnell House will provide modern office space over six levels with residential accommodation on the three floors above.
The Washroom team will be working on the washrooms in the office areas on the first six levels as well as carrying out additional joinery works to the residential flats on floors seven, eight and nine.
The team will install bespoke Concerto laminate duct panelling throughout all the office washrooms and will also be creating a bespoke cycle centre in the basement for office staff, featuring its glass ilockers, Marcato shower cubicles and Legato benching. Washroom is also set to install mirror units, wardrobes, Corian vanities and bath panels and additional joinery items in each of the 14 high-end apartments.
Additionally, the team is working with SJE to design, manufacture and install mirrored cabinet units with glass internal shelves, as well as wardrobes and AV units for the new residential apartments which are currently being constructed to the back of Liverpool Street as part of the Principle Place Project in Shoreditch.
By offering a specialist joinery service in house, Washroom Washroom has greater flexibility to create completely unique designs to meet even the most demanding project requirements.
