British Gypsum is raising the standard in commercial acoustic ceilings, with the launch of a new range of high-performance ceiling tiles.
The Eurocoustic range offers Class A sound absorption, A1 reaction to fire and 30 minutes’ fire resistance — all as standard.
The range comprises five products which have been designed to satisfy specific performance requirements within education, healthcare, office and similar commercial interiors. Tonga, Minerval, Area, Ermes and Clini’Safe are all manufactured to EN 13964 and are fully backed up by British Gypsum’s Specsure lifetime warranty.
“With the launch of our Eurocoustic range, we are able to offer an even greater choice to architects, designers and specifiers of interior spaces,” says John Newbury, Senior Product Manager at British Gypsum.
“The fact that these products carry such high performance in terms of fire and acoustics means that they are suitable for even the most challenging of commercial applications.”
Manufactured from naturally occurring materials, the stone wool tiles are inherently resistant to moisture and fire, are dimensionally stable, and offer excellent sound absorption. This combination of high performance criteria — across all products in the range — make Eurocoustic tiles the new standard in acoustic ceiling systems.
