The Wade Linear Drainage collection presents Wade’s most versatile and visually refined channel and grate system. Designed for both new build and refurbishment projects, the range offers sleek channel profiles manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel. 316 stainless steel is also available for applications where superior corrosion resistance is required; for example, marine environments, swimming pools or where chemicals may be present. A variety of grating styles enables effective and discreet drainage in any environment, from private residences to major commercial facilities.
Linear offers a range of options, each suited to varying environments and volumes of water. They offer load classes A15, B125, C250 & D400 depending on the channel type. They are low maintenance, and are easily cleaned by directing a jet of water along the channel towards the outlet.
The system meets the requirements of BS EN 1433 and is engineered for efficient flow management and long-term reliability. The availability of faceted and curved channel systems further enhances design flexibility for specifiers seeking bespoke architectural solutions.
Custom solutions
Wade Linear also presents a range of custom channels designed to accommodate non-standard drainage applications.
For draining large areas of screed, resin, block paving, and other flooring surfaces, Wade’s Slotted Channel can be designed to accommodate a range of paving thicknesses and flow rate requirements, and can also be produced as curved channel.
TDN Threshold Drainage protects the building threshold from ingress/ponding of rainwater landing on an external door; this specially formed channel is typically installed 10mm away from the door cill, forming a path for rainwater to flow into the hidden channel below.
For large areas with low volumes of waste water, like abattoirs, dairies, breweries, etc., Supaslot Channels provide a neat and unobtrusive barrier between designated wet and dry zones. Perfect for use between dishwashing and cooking areas in kitchens, for example.
These custom options are supplied in Grade 304 stainless steel, with grade 316 also available.

It performs exceptionally well in public areas subject to high pedestrian traffic, where durability and aesthetic appeal are equally important.
Cast Iron is the traditional choice for heavy-use service zones and plant areas, delivering outstanding strength and longevity. The cast iron product range is also popular in refurbishment work and heritage restoration projects, where its robust construction and period appearance harmonises well with older architectural features.
