Refrigerant air dryers supplied with free filter housings

The air treatment specialists Hi-line Industries Ltd have an attractive product promotional offer during May 2014 for any of their Tundra model refrigerant air dryers that are purchased during that particular month.

Each dryer is supplied as standard with both an inlet three micron particulate pre-filter, together with an outlet filter for oil removal at 0.1 micron, providing the dryer internal heat exchanger protection as well as maintaining the downstream air quality.

For any Tundra dryer product purchased during May, these units will also be supplied with free filter housings complete with filter elements for the model of dryer purchased, which could represent a saving of up to £1850 for their largest Tundra unit which has an impressive air flow throughput of 1605 scfm.

This generous offer is believed to be unique within this market, and represents an ideal opportunity for potential users to benefit from the purchase of what are claimed to be the most competitively priced market leaders in the field, combining efficiency with both economy and performance. The offer covers the full 16 models in their Tundra ex-stock range covering throughput flows from 21 to 1605 scfm.

The Tundra products operate with a minimal air pressure drop due to a unique heat exchanger configuration, while also maintaining a constant +3°C dewpoint.

The range includes both 230V single phase and 400V three phase 50Hz models with optional condensate removal autodrains for additional energy savings. All units are designed for air pressure ranges of 2 – 16 barg with a maximum inlet temperature of 60°C at ambients of between 0° – 50°C.

The filter housings supplied free of charge in the offer package incorporate high quality pleated media units which are manufactured to ISO 8573-1:2010. They provide more than four times the filtration area than other wrapped or rolled media filters, while still ensuring less oil carry-over, with longer service life while still maintaining lower differential pressures.

The large cross section filtration areas provided also ensure minimum energy take-up during operation for maximum running efficiency.
