Renewable energy company Eco2Solar is set to represent the West Midlands at the ‘Oscars’ of the renewable energy industry as a national finalist in the Energy Efficiency & Renewables Awards.
Kidderminster-based Eco2Solar has been shortlisted as a contender for ‘Solar PV Installer’ at the prestigious industry awards taking place on 12th September, at Ricoh Arena.
Organised by Energy Efficiency Exhibitions, the awards recognise the achievements of professionals working in the energy efficiency and renewable energy industry.
Eco2Solar will go head to head with fellow finalists Kirklees Council Building Services, Dodd Group and Carbon Zero Renewables.
“We’re delighted to be recognised and take our place alongside fellow renewable energy specialists in the industry,” commented Paul Hutchens, managing director of Eco2Solar.
“To be one of the five finalists in such a fiercely contested category is a real honour and it is a testament to our success as a company UK wide.”
This year’s ceremony will be hosted by Nick Hewer and Rachel Riley from Channel 4’s Countdown.
