A new state-of-the-art landscape gas fire that was unveiled for the first time at the recent Hearth and Home exhibition in Harrogate by the Gas Fire Division, scooped first place in the show awards for the gas fire category and was duly crowned King of Gas Fires.
After beating off scores of other entrants, Blakely not only emerged victorious in the awards but scored a triumph for the newly-created Gas Fire Division - part of the Glen Dimplex Group - that debuted united attendance at the show with its three leading brands, Wonderfire, Valor and Robinson Willey.
As well as offering a distinctive driftwood and pebble fuel bed, and remote control and eye-catching trim and fender, Blakely clearly stands out from the crowd thanks to its design versatility - being one of the first landscape gas fires that can be hearth or wall mounted.
Commercial Director of the Gas Fire Division, Richard Beaman comments: “We are delighted to have scooped first place in the Gas Fire Awards for a truly innovative product.
