GE Lighting has launched the new LED Lumination 1200mm x 100mm recessed luminaire.
Showcased at Lux Live 2012, the latest addition to the growing Lumination LED range provides a sleek and narrow luminaire for a range of applications requiring a modern aesthetic combinedwith high efficiency.
Suitable for general lighting in offices, retail, education and healthcare facilities, the LED Lumination recessed luminaire produces aesthetically pleasing uniform light with minimal glare. Already available in a 600mm x 600mm format and 1200mm x 300mm in both suspended and recessed versions – the LED Lumination 1200mm x 100mm recessed luminaire is the latest addition to the family. The new version allows an even thinner design for clean and minimalist interior spaces.
Compared with fluorescent lighting, all Lumination LED Luminaires offer energy savings of up to 50%, longer life, slimmer profiles, innovative form factors and lighting controls, such as full dimming capability.
As an LED system, the luminaires also provide environmental andease-of-recycling gains derived from not containing mercury or other hazardous materials.
