Altecnic’s most cost effective dirt and air separator is unveiled

DirtMag IQ Prime is the latest and lowest cost addition to one of the most effective heating protection ranges.

Altecnic’s DirtMag range offers the most comprehensive selection of magnetic dirt and air separation products for domestic and commercial systems.

These smart filters reduce the risk of debris entering pumps and control valves which, if left untreated, can cause severe erosion to bends and fittings and significant damage to pumps and valves.

Manufactured by Altecnic’s sister company Caleffi, the new addition is made from a mixture of brass and effective composite materials, offering a lower cost option without compromising on the functionality and effectiveness that Altecnic customers have come to expect from the existing range.

DirtMag IQ Prime offers all of the benefits of the widely available Dirtmag IQ, including unrivalled triple separation consisting of Magbelt, which captures magnetic particles, Dirtstep for particle separation and hydraulic performance and Airstep for air separation. The new separator also includes full-bore isolation valves for ease of use and serviceability and an integrated chemical dosing point, which makes the addition of chemicals into the system quick and simple.
