Stand 15, 13th September – 3rd October 2012
Twyford Bathrooms (www.twyfordbathrooms.com) is all geared up for the return of the Renewables Roadshow 2012 where it will be showcasing its full breadth of inspiring and innovative water saving solutions.
Running from 13 September through to 3 October, in a series of nationwide events, the Renewables Roadshow 2012 will showcase the latest energy efficient technologies to specifiers, contractors and installers, in a bid to raise industry standards.
Located at Stand 15, Twyford Bathrooms will offer hands-on expert advice to promote and advise on the company’s extensive range of water efficient solutions, covering everything from innovative eco-friendly toilets and flow-regulated taps, through to low volume baths and much more.
Flagship products on display will include the Celtic low volume steel bath. Innovative in design, the bath features a unique tapered internal shape, complete with a capacity of 140 litres in its 1700x700mm size, offering an estimated 35% water reduction compared to a standard sized bath.
Equally innovative, visitors will be able to view first-hand the Rimfree®; the first rimless domestic toilet in the UK. With a uniquely engineered water distribution system, Rimfree® efficiently removes all waste as effectively as a traditional toilet. The self-draining jets at the back of the bowl release water that flows entirely round the inside of the pan; with no hidden rim, there is simply nowhere for the germs to hide, making the toilet bowl easier to clean. Thus, less water as well as chemical detergents are needed for cleaning the toilet.
Furthermore, the Galerie Plan Odourwise™ Waterless Urinal will be on show, a truly waterless hybrid urinal which, complete with odourless technology, offers significant savings and optimised hygiene. Plus, visitors will get to see the Aquations Low Flow Monobloc Tap which incorporates clever double-click technology to regulate flow, with click one enabling water reduction of 2.5 litres per minute, while click two allows 5 litres per minute. In addition, other attractions from Twyford Bathrooms such as Moda Total Install Basin and T4 Quadrant Shower enclosure will also be on display at the show.
Sabine Tawfik, Product Manager at Twyford Bathrooms comments: “Water-saving technology is a big business. To place it into context, bathroom products are the biggest users of water throughout the home when the standard UK home consumes on average 150 Litres of water per person per day (lpp), 30% of which is flushed down the toilet. As sustainability continues to dominate the industry, these products have a major role to play in ensuring we make the most of our natural resources and pave the way for a more efficient future. As a business committed to championing water-efficient innovation, we are therefore delighted to be coming to the Renewables Roadshow once again to showcase the full extent of our latest offer.”
