Hanson UK has launched a new resource for professionals involved in the asphalt industry.
The Asphalt Solutions brochure contains all the information designers, specifiers and contractors need to select the right asphalt product for any surfacing application – from major civil engineering projects to domestic driveways and footpaths.
The guide details the uses, benefits and technical data of the company’s Tuff, Durafalt and Hanson era asphalt ranges.
Each product offers a range of benefits to suit different applications or projects. Hanson era, for example, offers a sustainable, energy-reducing solution that cuts the carbon emissions associated with asphalt production for road-laying by up to 50 per cent.
Hanson UK marketing manager Steven Morton said: “Our quality-assured asphalt solutions have been developed for use in a wide range of applications and are available from our sites across the country.
“As we continue to invest in our commitment to be a sustainable company, we have taken measures to reduce primary aggregates used in our products and reclaimed asphalt is used across the range. All solutions in the brochure are also accredited to the environmental standard ISO 14001 and the responsible sourcing standard BES 6001.”
