Every product in the Pendock Profiles family of casings is designed to conceal exposed pipework or services quickly and easily in a range of applications for social housing projects.
For interior pipework, the MX and TK pipe boxing ranges can be used in most general applications, such as heating system or waste pipework, while our MXF boxing is a dedicated solution for concealing fire sprinkler pipes, where its widespread use is helping speed installations on residential fire safety improvement projects across the UK.
Concealing boiler pipework, valves, regulators and filters is equally simple with the specialised BC boiler casings range, while the 3-sided CH channelpipe boxing is also used for covering interior pipework in mid-wall, vertical and horizontal applications, as well as ceiling level.
Strong CHM and MXM metal boxing provides tough and aesthetic protection from damage, tampering or vandalism for exterior applications. CHM and MXM metal pipe boxing are both engineered to enclose building services and other utilities, such as low carbon district heating schemes, where external distributed heating system pipework or cabling and needs to be covered.
Aside from the metal boxing range, all products are manufactured from pre-formed plywood and are supplied pre-finished in durable melamine. This removes the need for on-site fabrication or painting, which saves time and money, allowing Pendock Profiles boxing to be fitted in around half the time of site-made alternatives.
