When developing the 12
two and three-storey properties on its new housing development in Weston Super
Mare, Summerfield Homes required a drainage system that would protect the
structure from potentially damaging rainwater, while also complementing the aesthetic
of the modern builds.
It was for this reason

in the popular shade of anthracite grey, chosen not just for its contemporary

The residential
development of twelve bespoke homes were completed by Summerfield Homes in 2017
and were designed to fully take advantage of the location’s panoramic views
towards the area’s limestone Mendip Hills.
