Vaillant's 'Home' Boiler: Setting A New Standard

Vaillant has responded to the needs of the new-build market with the launch of Home, the heating industry’s most energy efficient boiler.

Exclusively for the new-build developer market, Home is designed to deliver the highest possible efficiency ratings which will assist developers in meeting and exceeding their target emission rates (TER). By incorporating the Home boiler into designs, SAP Assessors could see up to 4%* improvement on dwelling emission rates (DER), allowing developers to reduce build cost with value added engineering.

Available in Combi, System and Regular options, and easy to install, the Home range offers developers a comprehensive choice of options to suit all types of residential properties.

In addition, Vaillant offers a wide range of intelligent heating controls which will further enhance the performance of the Home boiler range and appeal to the increasing number of homeowners looking for a connected home. The Vaillant controls range includes analogue timers, wired or wireless programmable room thermostats with weather compensation as well as the new vSMART App based control. This latest innovation from Vaillant allows homeowners to control their Home heating and hot water and over time, adapts to users’ living habits.
