SearchFlow, the electronic conveyancing search provider, has announced the next twenty dates of its 2013 programme of CPD seminars.
Following the success of the initial ten events in April 2013, SearchFlow has announced double the number of dates for seminars in June and July. SearchFlow aims to cover up to 80 local seminars throughout the year offering professional training and development for legal professionals in the residential property market across the UK.
The informal seminars will feature property industry experts from SearchFlow, Legal Eye, Landmark, GroundSure and DevAssist who will provide insights on local issues surrounding conveyancing, boundary plotting and practice risk management.
Each session is tailored to the region in which it is held and will identify key property search risks in the area, along with essential risk management and compliance updates for legal firms.
Topics to be addressed include:
• Environmental risks due to contaminated land
• Latest implications of flooding and client protection in respective regions
• Essential updates on law firm compliance standards and the role of COLP
• Looking through a developer’s eyes on risks and opportunities in your region
• Avoiding delays and rejections through mapping accuracy.
The sessions are free and all attendees will now receive 3 CPD points and the opportunity to network with other legal professionals in the residential market.
