Kawneer’s AA®3572 Lift/Slide Door offers maximum panoramic viewing alongside the highest levels of thermal and weathering performance to the residential and commercial sectors.
The AA®3572’s Lift/Slide technology uses stainless steel rollers to ensure smooth and effortless operation while the maximum panel sizes of 3m x 3m and weights of up to 400kg enable large areas of glazing to be used while still achieving slim sightlines.
Developed to offer the highest levels of thermal performance at its maximum panel size, the system can achieve overall U-values as low as 0.8 W/m²K with triple-glazing.
Compatible with Kawneer’s AA®720 Window Series and AA®100 and AA®110 Curtain Walling Systems, the versatile AA®3572 Lift/Slide Door is available with fixed and sliding panels, in configurations up to six panels.
An ideal space-saving solution where safety is a consideration and projecting swing doors or bifold doors are undesirable, the AA®3572 is available in double and triple-track options. The system has also been tested to BS EN 1627 Level 2 for enhanced security.
Its in-line sliding operation means safe operation with no interference from internal finishes, while a low-profile threshold gives continuity between internal and external spaces to cater for the trend to bring the outdoors indoors in home living.
