A rise in demand for Senior’s exclusive ‘Homes by Senior’ product range has home improvement showrooms across the country requesting full sized installations. The latest company to install products is Totali Solutions in Pontefract.
Managing Director, Jason Carey explains, “We have been manufacturing Senior Architectural Systems products for some time and undertaking much of our commercial installations with both their Hybrid and aluminium systems. The launch of a folding sliding and lift and slide door system in Hybrid has opened the complete product range up to the residential market.
“Since installing the new doors in our showroom we have seen visitor numbers rise and the interest in Hybrid, not only in the sliding doors, but in general window replacement as well. Completing the product offering is the Hybrid curtain wall, which allows us total flexibility when it comes to customers ‘Grand Designs.”
Senior’s introduced the 'Hybrid' range of windows and curtain walling to the fenestration industry in 2008. The system is designed specifically for the UK market and, as the name suggests, the system uses the best qualities of two materials. Hybrid products are designed to combine the long life and low maintenance of aluminium on the outside with the high insulation, environmentally focused benefits, of 100% PEFC accredited timber to the inside. This combination offers excellent sustainability characteristics, easy future deconstruction and the ability to completely recycle used profiles in the future.
