Premier Training International the market leader in the development and provision of high quality education for the health and fitness industry, is celebrating the success of the company’s first Underground Equipment Training workshop.
Having taken place last weekend, the workshop was a total sell out, and saw expert trainer Ben McDonald lead fitness professionals through a high energy, dynamic exploration of functional training ideas and alternative fitness equipment.
Attendees experienced an extensive range of equipment – including battling ropes, bungee harnesses, prowlers, maces, hydro bags, hydro balls, Bulgarian bags, Sand bags and tornado balls – with Ben providing expert tips and tuition as to correct technique and usage.
Each piece of equipment featured has been designed to condition and challenge stability, strength, flexibility, endurance and the capacity to move through all three planes of motion.
Plans are already underway for Premier to host more Underground Equipment Training workshops in the New Year.
