The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) has revealed the winners of its inaugural Hub Recognition Awards, celebrating members worldwide who are making an outstanding contribution to the construction industry and their local communities.
The new global awards recognise the achievements of CIOB members across two categories: Rising Star, which celebrates professionals in their first five years in the industry who are already making a positive impact, and Outstanding Contribution Award, which recognises members who have made a significant contribution to the industry.
Dr Victoria Hills, CIOB’s Chief Executive, said: “Congratulations to all our winners around the world. Being recognised by fellow professionals as a rising star or for an outstanding contribution to the industry is something very special, and it’s our privilege to shine a light on those who embody CIOB’s values.

The construction industry needs talented people at every stage of their careers to help deliver the new homes, schools, hospitals and infrastructure our communities need.”
The awards reflect CIOB’s commitment to recognising excellence across the built environment and celebrating the people helping to shape its future.
They also provide an opportunity for local Hubs to showcase the achievements of their members and highlight the positive impact of construction professionals in their communities.
