Bolton Gate Company has been awarded Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, a significant achievement for the company.
The accreditation proves BGCo has a robust and up to date IT system which is essential in providing a clear assurance for main contractors working on more sensitive government, defence and infrastructure type projects that it is a secure and trustworthy partner.
CyberSmart and the IASME, the bodies responsible for this accreditation, set a wide ranging assessment standard for compliance and therefore it’s not simple to achieve the first stage of ‘Cyber Essentials’ which BGCo did in April.
The company then had 90 days to prepare for the much more rigorous and in depth assessment requirements of ‘Cyber Essentials Plus’. A great deal of time and resources went into this period of assessment and achieving accreditation is testament to the hard work of the BGCo team and also the quality of its products and services.
BGCo is well-established as a reliable door manufacturer and this accreditation helps to demonstrate the company’s progressive philosophy to respond to the ever-changing demands of the marketplace.
