Top 10 UK housebuilder, Keepmoat, has announced it will invest £84 million to deliver 332 high-quality new homes in Stoneyburn, partnering with leading housing association Home Group, to create a multi-tenure community.
The development will see Home Group deliver 33 affordable new homes at the site off Cannop Crescent, which when complete will provide a wide range of modern two, three and four bedroom homes.
The placemaking scheme will deliver a vibrant new community and support local housing needs over a six-year build programme, with community green spaces also integrated into the plans.
