The Brick Development Association (BDA) is thrilled to announce the exceptional winners of the 2025 Brick Awards, the industry’s longest-running and most respected awards programme celebrating excellence in clay brick architecture.

Now in its 49th year, the Brick Awards recognise and reward the very best examples of clay brick in our built environment. This year’s winning projects showcase an extraordinary breadth of creativity, technical mastery, and sustainable ambition, reaffirming clay brick as THE defining material of high-quality, enduring architecture.

Honouring architects, developers, contractors, brick manufacturers and skilled bricklayers, the 2025 awards celebrate those who are elevating architectural standards and demonstrating the limitless potential of clay brick as a modern, innovative, and future-proof material.

Winners were chosen by an esteemed judging panel of industry leaders, who evaluated shortlisted projects for their design excellence, craftsmanship, sustainability performance and visual impact. Awards were presented by renowned impressionist and broadcaster Jon Culshaw at a spectacular ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel.

“The 2025 Brick Awards showcase the incredible diversity and versatility of clay brick,” said Rob Flello, CEO of the Brick Development Association.

“This year’s winners demonstrate how clay brick continues to deliver beauty, durability and genuine sustainability - ensuring buildings stand the test of time and enrich our communities for generations.”
