The Keystone Group, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading manufacturers of construction solutions, has launched its 2025 Social Value Report, highlighting the positive impact the Group continues to make across communities, education, skills and charitable initiatives.
The report outlines the company’s commitment to going beyond business, and the way it embeds social value into its culture and operations, ensuring its impact extends far beyond the products it manufactures.
“Social value is built into everything we do at Keystone,” said Sean Og Coyle, Chief Commercial Officer at Keystone Group. “From investing in skills and education to supporting charities and local communities, we want our impact to go far beyond the products we make. This report demonstrates the different we can achieve when business and community grow together.”
Keystone’s social strategy is built around four key pillars – education, community, charity and skills – delivering inspiration for the industry’s next generation, support for local initiatives, fundraising for good causes and opportunities for training and development across the sector.
The In Focus section showcases these pillars in action, highlighting how Keystone brands deliver social value in practice.Keylite supports Ulster Rugby, promoting youth and women’s sport, Keystone Lintels backs bricklaying apprenticeships and training initiatives, Smartroof contributes to local community campaigns, and IG Masonry Support engages schools and colleges to develop the next generation of construction professionals.
The 2025 report also showcases achievements in numbers with 2000 employeesacross 28 sites, £330 million turnover and more than £8 million invested annually in research, development and innovation. The group’s nine brands collectively hold 111 patents and have won 35 product awards, while continuing to invest in education, apprenticeships and employee qualifications.
