Following the opening day of Offsite Expo 2025, more than 400 of the industry’s most influential figures came together at the Coventry Building Society Arena for an unforgettable evening dedicated to recognising and rewarding excellence in offsite construction.
Widely regarded as one of the most prestigious occasions in the construction calendar, the Offsite Awards shine a spotlight on the individuals, groundbreaking projects and pioneering technologies that are transforming the way buildings are designed and delivered.

The evening was brought to life by the effervescent Mark Durden Smith, whose razor sharp wit and infectious energy created an atmosphere of excitement, laughter and celebration. With a record-breaking 200+ entries competing across 19 fiercely contested categories, the tension in the room was palpable as the winners were unveiled, each accolade met with enthusiastic applause.
More than a celebration, the 2025 Offsite Awards served as a powerful showcase of the sector’s creativity, collaboration and technological ambition. This year’s winners highlight how offsite construction is not only driving efficiency and sustainability but also setting new benchmarks in design and engineering excellence. From game-changing digital platforms that are reimagining project delivery, to world-class engineering feats and architectural innovations that push the boundaries of possibility, the awards demonstrated the extraordinary impact of modern methods of construction on the future of the built environment.
Darren Richards, Chair of the Judging Panel, commented: "The standard of entries this year was truly exceptional. It was inspiring to see how innovation, collaboration and technical excellence are being applied across every aspect of offsite construction. These awards highlight not just individual achievements, but the incredible progress our sector is making in redefining the way we design and deliver the built environment and move to a landscape of industrialised construction."
Taking the highest honour of the night, B&K Structures, Bywater Properties, Gilbert-Ash, Webb Yates, FCB Studios, Engenuiti and Stora Enso were crowned Winner of Winners for their work on Paradise SE11 – a project that stood out for its outstanding use of timber technology and design ingenuity.
Entries for next year’s Offsite Awards open in January and winners will be announced on Tuesday 15 September 2026. To view the categories and keep up to date with the latest news go to: www.offsiteawards.co.uk
