Siderise Group has been recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.

With consistently high scores in all categories, this prestigious accomplishment reinforces the organisation’s commitment to continuously nurture its positive workplace culture in line with its five core values.

Siderise received outstanding feedback from its global workforce with a 70% response rate – 8% higher above industry rates. Following its inaugural success in 2024, the results clearly demonstrate that the company had listened to its people, investing in measures to maintain high levels of employee experience and wellbeing.

Powered by WorkL, The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 gathers evidence from a comprehensive survey and seeks to honour and celebrate different sized organisations spanning a multitude of industries.

Sitting within the Medium Business category, Siderise staff rated the company 80% or greater in ‘the six steps to workplace engagement’: reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, instilling pride, and job satisfaction. Other key highlights included confidence in management being rated at 82%— well above the industry average of 74% and global average of 76%— with 86% of respondents feeling that they do something worthwhile, and 85% feeling proud to work for Siderise and expressing that the company cares for their well-being.

Speaking on the achievement, CHRO, Mark Hendy commented:

“We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised two years in a row as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work. This accomplishment emphasises the importance we place on cultivating a positive employee experience.

I thank everyone who took the time to share their views and opinions because our recognition for this prestigious listing not only means so much to us as a business, but it also demonstrates how well our values: Customer first, Safety matters, Integrity in all we do, Respect for each other, and Strive for betterment are all deeply embedded within our workplace culture, and will help continue to shape our people’s experience and wellbeing long into the future.”
