UK Construction Week (UKCW), the UK’s largest event for the built environment, is preparing to celebrate its 10th anniversary year with a host of new areas and features at its upcoming London show, at ExCeL from 7th - 9th May.


UK Construction Week London 2025 is set to feature a diverse line-up of leading exhibitors, showcasing the latest innovations and solutions across the industry. Confirmed names include Toshiba, Metrotile, Hahn Plastics, Ford, Kingspan, and Fischer Future Heat, representing a wide range of sectors from sustainable materials and cutting-edge technology to energy-efficient heating solutions. With such a strong exhibitor presence, attendees will have the opportunity to explore groundbreaking products, network with industry leaders, and gain valuable insights into the future of construction.

High-Profile Speaker Programme

UKCW London will feature an impressive line-up of thought leaders and policymakers, including Shadow Housing Minister Kevin Hollinrake MP, Alison McGovern MP, Minister of State at the Department for Work and Pensions, and Tom Copley, Deputy Mayor of London for Housing and Residential Development, alongside over 300 industry experts covering sustainability, planning, procurement, and infrastructure.

UKCW London will, for the first time, provide a comprehensive platform that serves the entire construction supply chain. In collaboration with Stone Federation Great Britain, this dedicated event will bring together architects, specifiers, designers, wholesalers, and installers for three days of inspiration and innovation.





The Offsite Show
After a successful debut at UKCW London 2024, The Offsite Show returns in 2025 with a strong focus on sustainable technology and best practices for achieving Net Zero. With over 5,000 attendees, it’s the go-to event for those exploring offsite construction solutions.

HVAC+R

A brand-new addition in partnership with Datateam Business Media, HVAC+R will spotlight the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industries. This sector-focused platform offers a prime opportunity for businesses to connect with housebuilders, developers, contractors, housing associations, and local authorities.

Onsite On Hire
Following its successful debut at UKCW Birmingham, Onsite On Hire returns to London for the first time in 16 years. This hire industry showcase will feature leading exhibitors in tools, compact plant, and equipment hire. With over 18,000 visitors expected, UKCW London 2025 is also introducing a VIP pass for attendees looking to enhance their experience. For £99 per day, VIP guests will enjoy:
