Singaporean developer Hoi Hup Realty have submitted a planning application to the City of London for a new best-in-class office development on High Holborn.

The new development occupies a prominent 1.4 acre island site located directly adjacent to Chancery Lane Underground Station and within a five minute walk of Farringdon Station.

Hoi Hup have assembled the site over the last five years, acquiring 322 High Holborn and 44 Southampton Buildings in July 2018, subsequently acquiring Holborn Gate in an off-market transaction in July 2022. The three properties are multi let, comprising approximately 250,000 sq. ft. (NIA).
