AT Awards 2024 - finalists announced for Award for Excellence in Architectural Technology

The Judging Panel have selected the Finalists for the AT Awards | Excellence in Architectural Technology category for 2024.

CIAT is delighted to announce the Finalists for its Award for Excellence in Architectural Technology category for the 2024 AT Awards, the premier accolades, nationally and internationally, that recognise outstanding achievement in the discipline.

Winners will be revealed at the AT Awards event on 25 October 2024 which will recognise and celebrate the exceptional contribution that Architectural Technology practices and professionals make to the built environment as well as the hard work of those studying the discipline.

The Finalist entries for The Award for Excellence in Architectural Technology (small to medium) are:

  • ARGO Development Studio for Apes Hill Golf Performance Centre
  • Barry McCarron for Bungalow Retrofit
  • ZED PODS Limited for Hope Rise
  • Plaice Design Company Limited for Hollesley House, Suffolk
  • France+Associates for The New Coach House, Wakefield
  • PiP Architecture for Y House


The Finalist entries for The Award for Excellence in Architectural Technology (Medium to large) are:

  • Buttress for Caernarforn Castle
  • Concertus Design & Property Consultants Ltd for Derwent Primary School
  • PiP Architecture for Swiss Laundry
  • ECD Architects & Keegans for Thornhill Primary School


The Finalist entries for The Award for Excellence in Architectural Technology (Large to mega) are:

  • Buttress for Ancoats Dispensary
  • GT3 Architects for Morpeth Sports and Leisure Centre
  • Arcadis for National Satellite Test Facility, Harwell Science & Innovation Campus
  • Reddy Architecture + Urbanism for One Le Pole Square Mixed-Use & Office Development
  • LSI Architects for Priscilla Bacon Lodge
  • Rio Architects for Verse

The winners will be announced on Friday 25 October at Christ Church Spitalfields, London. Tickets are on sale now to all. CIAT student members can purchase tickets for £25.
