The Future of Work Conference will bring together thought leaders, industry experts, and innovative minds to explore the intersection of technology, human skills, equality, diversity, inclusion, and workplace innovation. At the inaugural event, attendees will gain invaluable insights into how these factors are converging to redefine the future of work, particularly within Herefordshire and beyond.

Says Lahari Parchuri, Future of Work Hub Development Lead, NMITE
The exceptional calibre of our already confirmed speakers underscores the high-quality insights and discussions attendees can expect, setting the stage for a truly impactful Future of Work Conference:
Dave Collins, Grey Matters UK: Grey Matters is renowned for its dedication to enhancing leadership and management through psychological insights and practical solutions. Dave, an expert in developing soft skills within tech-driven contexts, will offer his insights during Session 2.
Henry Hyde Thompson, Chairman of Anglo Scientific: Henry is a Scientist Entrepreneur and was a Research Fellow at Imperial College and pioneered the machine learning technique known as ‘stochastic gradient descent’ now used in nearly all Deep Learning systems. With his extensive experience and leadership, Henry will contribute a strategic perspective on embracing innovation and skills development.
“I am a great believer in technology, and how it can improve everyone’s life - and life / work balance. I look forward to discussing the impact of AI and robotics on the Future of Work, both at the global level and here in Herefordshire” says Henry Hyde Thompson, Chairman of Anglo Scientific.
