Forty-three projects from 10 different countries have been nominated by the judges as finalists for the highly anticipated 2023 Surface Design Awards.
A mixed-use destination in London, an office in Haryana State in India, a contemporary memorial landscape in Manchester and a temporary installation in a pedestrian park in Jiaxing in China are all projects named as Finalists by the judges.
The Winners, including the Supreme Winner, will be announced during Surface Design Show at London's Business Design Centre on Thursday 9 February 2023. Find the full list of finalists on our website by clicking here.
“We won't give it away but, it was a great debate, and we think the Supreme Winner choice really encapsulates both, it is about principle and it is also about aesthetics, we think that's what you want from a Supreme Winner,” said Jonathan Hagos & Nasim Koerting, co-chairs of the 2023 judging panel.
Surface Design Show is the UK’s leading event for architects and designers to explore the best in surface material innovation. It takes place on 7-9 February 2023 at the Business Design Centre in London’s Islington.
