Willmott Dixon has been selected to work alongside Notting Hill Genesis in delivering more than £2.8bn-worth of new homes for London.

Achieving a place on the ‘Development Contractors’ section of the Notting Hill Genesis framework, the company will play an integral role in Notting Hill Genesis’ plans to deliver 7,000 new homes in the Greater London area over the next five years.

The framework will run for four years until June 2026, but there is an option to extend this by a further one or two years.

John Hughes, group director of development and deputy chief executive, said: “Our new framework is a key part of our commitment to better quality homes and improving the experience for our residents. The membership of the framework has a greater level of diversity than we have achieved before.

“We want the companies we work with to reflect the communities in which we work. We look forward to working with our framework partners to re-imagine the quality of the homes we provide and together build a better place.”

Roger Forsdyke, Director of Willmott Dixon’s London and South business said: “We are delighted to have secured a position on the Notting Hill Genesis framework, which will play a key role in delivering vital housing across Greater London. Through the last framework, we were successful in building many relationships, and are excited to collaborate further on this new iteration.

“We are already delivering many residential schemes across the city and are onsite at projects in Westminster, Hounslow and Kensington & Chelsea. Through our specialist local supply chain partners and our commitment to impactful social value, we look forward to furthering the local prosperity of the communities we work in.”
