A development of 82 new build houses to the north of Glasgow benefit from Optima casement windows and French doors from Profile 22.
Background
A brownfield site, formerly the home of the NHS Orchards hospital was acquired by Keepmoat Homes for the development of 82 two- and three-bedroom homes in seven different styles.
Keepmoat positions itself as a value builder but is committed to smart design and attention to detail. The contract for the windows and French doors on the homes was awarded to Glasgow-based Profile 22 Approved Window Contractor Gold Seal Windows. The company is a highly experienced commercial contractor so had the expertise that was needed on a project that required a total of 900 casement window and French door units in Anthracite Grey. It was also able to demonstrate that the Optima window and door system from Profile 22 would be able to meet the required technical specifications and the required budget.
Work on The Orchard started in November 2017 and completed in October 2019.

Thanks to careful project management and effective communication, the Gold Seal Windows’ installation team was able to install all 900 units on time and on budget.
