This case study shows the different affects you can get by using professional timber treatments. Our experts can help you choose your perfect bespoke finish and colour to match your interior décor. This is a specialist area and only professional fitters with finishing experience on site should be used. Some of the treatments require pre-treatment to change the tannins in the wood which will require buffing with a white pad before applying a top coat. Others are the latest lacquers that can be easily applied on site.
We were asked to create a “Grey” hue to our 260mm wide select grade unfinished engineered Oak. We did a lot of test samples and you can see below images of what we were able to create with five types of different treatment and finish.
