ACO Building + Landscape has launched a diverse range of Rainwater Outlets to provide effective water management for flat roofs, balconies, and roof terraces.
Flat roofs provide housebuilders with opportunities for planning and flexible design, for example; roof-top gardens, balconies and terraces.
ACO’s Rainwater Outlets have been designed to suit a wide range of individual needs, all while delivering high performance rainwater drainage.
The Rainwater Outlets are all manufactured from marine-grade aluminium alloy and all cast components are polyester powder coated, providing high resistance to weathering and outdoor elements, as well as protection from corrosion.
What’s more, all ACO Rainwater Outlets are available in leaded gun metal, manufactured to the BS EN 1982:2008 standard for associated lead or copper-clad roofs and copper pipework.
Providing solutions for a whole host of challenges, the 45◦ and 90◦ outlets are particularly relevant for more complex pipework, while the Two-Way outlet is ideally used wherever horizontal and vertical surfaces meet. The Balcony Spigot also offers a discrete solution for balconies and walkways.
Additionally, for projects where an existing roof is being upgraded, the Refurbishment outlet is designed to fit inside the current unit and pipework, ensuring minimal disruption to the current rainwater system.
The roof outlet range comes equipped with a selection of add-ons including raising rings, ABS threaded adaptors and deck supports, while discharge spouts help provide a convenient and an aesthetic finishing detail.
