Welbeck Works, an imposing triple-fronted traditional brick building, located in the heart of Marylebone London had a stunning refurbishment to turn it into a spacious and contemporary office space.
Cubed Space London were chosen by London Strategic Land to create a functional office space. Using a mixture of open plan working areas and private meeting spaces, Cubed Space designed efficient working spaces whilst skilfully creating a sleek modern design that incorporates the old exposed brickwork walls and polished concrete columns.
In addition to space planning and design, Cubed Space oversaw the entire process of fit-out, providing glass and solid partitioning systems, flooring, refreshment area, furniture, all power and data cabling, and reconfigured lighting and air-conditioning to complete the office.
