When the concrete floor of a large industrial warehouse in Warrington began to show signs of failure, a new, hard-wearing flooring system was required to provide long-term performance and minimal disruption during installation. The building is occupied by Amec Foster Wheeler, a global engineering, consultancy and project management business. It forms part of the UK’s largest laboratory and test rig complex serving the nuclear industry. With a hassle-free and phased application, the system ensured minimal disruption to the live working environment whilst preventing disruptive and costly repairs in the near future.
