Innovative washroom design and manufacturer, Washroom Washroom has invested in state-of-the –art production methods to offer a unique off-site service.
With programmes becoming more demanding necessitating ever increasing co-ordination of trades in order to meet deadlines, Washroom has invested significantly in additional factory space to enable the manufacture and build of entire washroom units off-site.
Far from the traditional modular approach favoured on large-scale volume projects, such as hotels, Washroom has developed its offering to enable it to offer a bespoke off-site solution for clients to combine the quality, programme and environmental benefits of offsite with individual design solutions.
The new model involves a complete run of washrooms being built full-scale and to the exact site measurements in Washroom’s Essex-based factory and clients are actively encouraged to visit and inspect the washrooms at this stage so that any alterations can be made prior to installation. Once complete, the pre-plumbed washrooms are disassembled and stored ready to transport to site exactly when required and assembled in a fraction of the time of a conventional build.
In addition to enhancing quality and programme, off-site construction offers the opportunity to reduce on-site waste by up to 90% compared to traditional methods of construction.
