This quick reference tool has been created to assist those involved in the specification of products to the construction industry; finding the right product for the right application.
The guide outlines Spectus’ modern, innovative and class leading windows, doors and curtain walling solutions and how it can support the specification process from start to finish.
From Spectus’ market leading vertical slider to the latest addition to its portfolio, the fully reversible window; the guide provides an overview for each product. This includes a wide range of doors; residential, French, emergency exit, bi-folding, composite and a ride-over patio door; its curtain walling system and the Spectus former, a cavity closer. Each section details the associated glazing, ventilation and hardware options and the performance and features.
The guide outlines Spectus’ specification and technical support service which includes no-obligation consultation, specification support, assistance with site surveys and advising on Building Regulations. An in-house technical team can also advise on window energy ratings (WERs), provide wind load and load bearing calculations and create section details.
The specification guide works alongside a new technical manual providing in-depth detail on the full range of Spectus products. Spectus Window Systems also operates an Approved Window Contractor scheme, for quality and reassurance.
