Now offering even better customer service, biomass experts Rural Energy have launched a new website that provides unique experiences to customers from different professions.
The intuitive approach means that specifiers, contractors, partners and end-users all receive tailored information that is best suited to their requirements and profession, allowing users to quickly find the right information for them.
With clearly demarcated zones for information relating to training, products, case studies and servicing, the new website reflects Rural Energy’s business ethos of providing complete transparency, market leading expertise and a strong foundation to build long-term partnerships.
Paul Clark, Managing Director at Rural Energy, commented: “At Rural Energy we are committed to living up to our reputation as industry leaders in biomass technology and an essential part of this is not only offering quality products and solutions but outstanding customer service as well. After extensive research, we have designed our website to cater specifically for its main users – streamlining our vast information database to highlight the most relevant points to each individual. We are very pleased with the end result and I’m confident that it will help us improve our service to customers and grow our business.”
Highlights of the new website include a detailed frequently asked questions section where users can find everything they need to know about biomass from finance options to fuel storage and the Renewable Heat Incentive. The case study section has also been improved to provide visitors with real life examples of biomass technology at work in a host of different applications from agriculture, educational facilities, district heating and industrial processes.
With more than 12 years at the leading edge of biomass technology, Rural Energy is one of the UK’s most experienced biomass distributors and installers. Rural Energy offers a full turnkey service from survey and design, through to installation and on-going maintenance.
