Smaller local contractors from across the UK are being given the opportunity to join bigger businesses in a new build housing framework worth over £500million.
The work will be broken up over several regions and projects in London, the South East and East Anglia with projects ranging in value from under £1m to more than £10m. The total value could potentially reach up to £1billion.
Andy Doylend, Executive Director of Operations at Circle Housing Group, said: “We’re expanding our framework of contractors as we look ahead to new development and refurbishment opportunities at Circle Housing Group over the next four years. It’s really important to us to have a range of large and small contractors that we can work with, and we’re particularly keen to hear from local contractors.
“There are so many fantastic contractors out there with the right skills and local knowledge that could end up playing an important role when it comes to delivering this new work.”
Contractors have until April 15 to complete Pre Qualification Questionnaires.
