Immediate Additional Capacity for Timber Doorsets

RW Joinery celebrates the anniversary of the opening of its new laminate and veneer doorset factory.

RW Joinery, a nationwide timber doorset supplier, has confirmed its doorset factory has been an over whelming success.

Reporting to the board, Donald Cameron, Production Director for RW Joinery, confirmed that capacity for 2016 will exceed 700 doorsets per week. This is a reflection of significant investment in their factory, machinery and senior management within the business.

RW Joinery's original offer of laminated and primed bespoke doorsets has been extended to book matched bespoke veneering and the best quality of lacquer finishing. This has opened up new markets for them including high end hotels and offices, although their competitive pricing continues to secure commercial grade laminate and primed doorsets also.

Whilst production exceeded 500 doorsets regularly in 2015, Mr Cameron has forecast a capacity increase to reflect RW Joinery's investment. To complement their performance doorsets, RW Joinery also offer the services of their bespoke joinery department. The bespoke joinery department specialises in the manufacture and delivery of custom made, unique solutions in the commercial, education, health, leisure, retail and residential sectors.

2015 has been a bumper year for RW Joinery. Production and processes have been refined, FSC, Building Confidence and Constructionline all approved high scores during re-audits and key staff Donald Cameron (ex Hall & Tawse and ex McTavish Ramsey) and Dave Barron (ex Leaderflush and ex TDSL) both joined RW Joinery.

Chris Robinson, Managing Director, reiterated how proud he was of his staff at RW Joinery.
