Saint-Gobain ADFORS, the provider of innovative glass-fibre solutions, launches Novelio Nature wall coverings in the UK market, offering an elegant and protective finish for a variety of hospitality applications.
Available for the first time in the UK, the Novelio® Nature wall covering range is the ideal solution for hotels, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities that need to achieve high-end aesthetic appeal balanced with durability and outstanding environmental properties.
The use of the innovative glass-fibre textile creates a highly functional wall protection system with a natural feel, making it suitable to withstand daily wear and tear in hospitality developments.
Impact resistant and fireproof, the extremely durable Novelio Nature is ideal for use in areas that are subject to high volumes of traffic or abrasion and impact from wheeled vehicles, such as luggage or catering trolleys. Giving walls several lives and maintaining an attractive finish, it can help reduce the need for frequent refurbishment investment, as well as the associated waste and costs.
Its natural and subtle design combinations are reflected in its environmental properties, which provide benefits above and beyond visual appeal and durability. Manufactured using non-toxic materials, 90% of which are produced from natural resources. The ‘breathe-friendly’ product has achieved an A-rating for its emissions output and can help to create a VOC free environment, which has been linked to a reduction in respiratory conditions, such as asthma.
Commenting on its launch in the UK, Martina Vlckova Rihova, ADFORS Marketing Director, said: “I’m very excited to be introducing Novelio Nature in the UK and dispelling some of the myths around wall coverings in the UK market. There is a misconception that wall coverings are complicated and costly to install and that they cannot be functional and elegantly designed.
"The Nature range is not only easy to install but the use of fibre-glass gives it superior protective qualities without compromising on its stylish finish. The choice of colours and designs are ideal for contemporary hotels, bars and restaurants, remaining sensitive to the building’s design but considering and accounting for the amount of usage by both pedestrian and wheeled traffic.
“Plus, as it’s such a long-wearing product it minimises the consumption and waste associated with wall papers and other forms of disposable wall coverings.”
Easy to install and maintain, the washable material is not affected by water or sunlight, providing an elegant wall finish for over a longer period of time.
Available in 4 patterns, Charm, Flair, Grace and Pure and 6 colour-ways, each evoking a sense of style and simplicity, the 24 designs are available in a choice of 2 different lengths and 3 different width options.
