Introduced in 2012, BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment provides a robust design and assessment method for refurbishment projects, helping to cost effectively improve the sustainability and environmental performance of existing dwellings.

Members will have a critical influence on the scheme’s future direction and on driving the sustainable refurbishment agenda to meet social, economic and environmental objectives. They will also receive:
The invitation is open to private and social housing providers (particularly those with large property portfolios), housing management companies, architects, contractors, BREEAM assessor organisations and other industry specialists.
