Ventive showcase a new approach to domestic ventilation at Ecobuild 2014

Ventive, the pioneers of a low carbon, ‘heat recovery through passive ventilation’ system, will be holding product demonstrations on their stand during Ecobuild 2014 (4th-6th March at the ExCel; stand N1401).

The Ventive products do not have any moving parts to break down and require no energy to run, they herald a new approach to domestic ventilation that is energy-efficient and improves indoor air quality for building occupants.

Rob Morrison, Managing Director at Ventive, said: “With less than six weeks to go until Ecobuild opens their doors, we are busy planning our time at the show. The nature of the design of Ventive is perfect for both retrofit and new build eco projects. We have combined the simplicity of passive-stack that boasts the heat recovery performance of a powered mechanical device – but without the cost, maintenance and energy use.

“Our products can recover up to 96% of the heat from outgoing stale air by transferring it to incoming fresh air. The system works by harnessing natural buoyancy and wind to generate a passive airflow within the home. Ecobuild is the perfect platform to showcase such benefits and we always enjoy meeting the event’s enthusiastic attendees.”
